It's almost the same time as yesterday around 2 AM. This time I've decided to do the first download with Citrio, followed by Chrome. I've also added online clock to verify the data stamp.

It's highly complicated and they didn't test anything. When I click on the YouTube tv on you tube's site to get the recommended videos I'm used to seeing in Chrome, Citrio had huge problems showing them.
