Jul 22, · Hi I think it must be an App Store issue. I installed iOS 11 Dev Beta 3 on Monday. Had no issues with the App Store until today. Can’t download apps and can only update apps via Update All. So it’s not a Beta issue. App Store not downloading apps. . Even if you have signed into App Store with the right account, you can log out and then log in to try to fix the "App Store not downloading" issue on iPhone in iOS Step 1: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Step 2: Tap on [your name] and click iTunes & App Store. Step 3: Choose Apple ID and click Sign Out. Step 4: Then tap on Sign In to enter your account information. I ios 11 app store not downloading able to fix this by going into general, reset then reset all setting. After that processes I was able to download apps from the app store and upate individual apps. I feel like it is after a period of time or specific action after upgrading to beta I only had this issue since Saturday. Same issue with me. Same here. The same goes for me. Tried to turn it off and on again, worked for a while but then the problem return again. The same problem here, especially when buying new apps, free apps no problem but ones that cost money do not even get to the purchase stage.
In the end I had to buy and dowload the app I wanted in iTunes then load it on the phone the old fashioned way. Same issue. Cannot download new apps and updates happen only periodically. Can't download apps I already own or update apps. Tried rebooting and resetting network settings. Same, but fixed it.
Apps from other devices automatically installed works. Happened to me several times. First time a reset all a pain fixed it. Found out now for me at least. It immediately crashes after opening. I also reported this to Apple. I also did a soft reset and restored all settings - both failed to correct the issue.

Show 35 replies. Same problem, cant buy or update apps. Beta 2 or Beta ios 11 app store not downloading I'm not having any issues in the Canadian store. Having same issue. Only way Updates will work is if I select "Update All".
Same issues here, ios 11 app store not downloading. Yep, same here. Same here with Beta 3 on iPad Pro. I hope the Apple Devs fix this in Beta 4 soon. Try to log out of itunes. Restart the device. Nope, same problem. I can update apps on my 7 Plus, but not my iPad Pro Restart didn't fix it but reset all settings did - got it working again.
